Outpatient Treatment
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare provides mental health services in an outpatient setting. Through treatment planning and utilizing our knowledge of the mind-body connection, we address the identified problem(s) that are interfering with healthy functioning. We will service all patients with professionalism and respect and we exude a positive attitude to build rapport and achieve treatment goals to reflect positive outcomes. We will celebrate milestones achieved within our organization. Our services are provided both in-person and by tele-med.
Psychiatric Services
We provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments, medication management and substance abuse treatment. We have a medical professional prescriber on site, and we also offer medication administration and assistance in the self-administration of medications when needed.
Counseling
Counseling will be based on each patient’s need as indicated in the individual’s assessment and treatment plan. Individual therapy is scheduled as often as deemed necessary by the therapist (as indicated on the patient’s individual treatment plan). Group counseling will have an emphasis on positive peer interaction and group discussion. Topic(s) are driven by treatment plan issues and goals, and education on a variety of subjects. Family counseling is offered and encouraged. Family counseling provides patients access to family support throughout treatment and when they are discharged. Families are also invited to participate in team meetings when authorized. All counseling is provided by a behavioral health professional or a behavioral health technician under the oversight of a behavioral health professional. We provide for and refer out as needed for:
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Case Management
Case management services are included to assist patients to obtain ancillary services to address their needs in the community. Coordination of care is offered when needed and at the time of discharge. We assist with job and education services as needed.
Emergency Safety Response
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare has a “hands off” policy. If a patient at any time displays a behavior that may be dangerous to themselves or others, personnel members will immediately call 911 and use behavioral modification techniques to ensure the safety of the patient and others.
Transportation
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare will provide non-emergency transportation when needed.
Services Off the Premises
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare provides mobile medical services such as assessments, prescriptions, and IV services.
NOTE:
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare does not provide offsite behavioral health services at this time.
Job and Education Services
Complete Joy Integrated Healthcare will refer to various local community agencies to provide job and education services for our patients, as needed.
